<\/a><\/p>\nWe were a little concerned with the weather as there were storms rolling in off of the ocean. We had a little sprinkling of rain on the way there, but once we were at the inlet, all of the bad stuff parted and went to either side of us. The water there is also much clearer than our normal beach spots around oak island because it is further away from the Cape Fear river entrance and is not influenced by the river water. We motored back just in time to avoid a downpour, and had another cookout, this time burgers and dogs. Great day!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
